Recently, the Pulmonary Group of Central Florida acquired a state-of-the-art Pulmonary Function testing machine for greater patient convenience and accuracy when diagnosing and treating patients.
Dr. Jose Diaz is a highly qualified professional pulmonologist, with almost a decade of experience diagnosing and treating disorders of the lungs. He is passionate about his patients and encourages them to become actively involved in the management of their illness. Dr. Diaz’s passion recently earned him a ranking in the top 90th percentile or higher among physician-specific questions in a 2008 survey by a national health improvement firm.
Dr. Diaz has developed protocols on pneumonia and weaning of mechanical ventilation at Central Florida Health Alliance. He also has been published in the Journal of Bronchology and through various studies he has done throughout North and South America.
